What's the difference?

With a desire to feed our family trustworthy food that will contribute to their overall well-being, we have found ways to raise and process chickens in a much healthier way than conventional store-bought chicken. Our chickens are humanely raised and on fresh grass daily, receiving a significant percentage of their diet from the earth. While this contributes to the exceptional taste and health of the chickens, a supplement of grains is needed. We feed our chickens locally grown and milled, certified organic feed from Ziegler Farms in Milton, PA. Depending on the time of year, the chickens often receive other freshly grown fruits and vegetables from our homestead. Our chickens never receive hormones or antibiotics and our promises are 100% trustworthy. Aside from this, your chicken will be processed locally in small batches. These same promises will hold true for Micah's turkey and pork!
